LondonHouse Chicago opened to great public acclaim with occupancy rates [as high as 78%, since the makeover, ADR has increased monthly by 5% and RevPar has been increasing by 13%.The website was designed to provide the guest a complete journey to help capture more transient guest pipeline to utilize with remarketing efforts.
The main focus of the design was to visually draw in the guest and provide no barriers for them to click and book. This was accomplished by the Book Now and Best Rate side widgets that were designed.
As you scroll down on the website, the motion of the imagery really captures the essence of the building and the beautiful panoramic views from the rooftop.
